Only thing missing from the video was akspyderlady (Linda). :roflblack::roflblack:

OG recently came to Anchorage. What a disappointment here. One time and we have never been back. Loved it in the lower 48.

Both sides of my family came from Genoa Italy
I was raised by my grandparents [from Italy} on my moms side
What Olive Garden serves is good food but definitely not the Italian food I grew up on
My grandmother would spend all week making ravioli's for a family gathering
After one of our family parties my high school girlfriend broke up with me because she was afraid of my family
We did look like the God father movie and most of my family spoke broken English
Yes I was young but looking back I believe that some of my family was part of the mafia

my dads mother, Ida , was a happy old Italian lady and for every ailment she had food that would make you feel better

My grandmother was the same way
Heck the food tasted so good you had to feel better:yes:
I did learn how to cook a lot of it and once in a while I will make some
But it is a lot of work
