Extended brake pedal on 2012 rs

I would like to extend my brake pedal so I can brake while using the highway floorboards. It needs to move about an inch away from frame and rise up about 2 inches. Any suggestions? I am thinking about taking the bike to a custom bike shop and have parts custom made for what I need.

our vendors have them for extending out from the frame but not up. I made my own and it would be easy to block it up as you need. Any weld shop could do this for you.
