Looking for thoughts on Eco mode/cruising RPM

i tried ECO mode on my ride this morning and notice couple things:

1. based on Eco mod you would have to shift starting at 2450-2500 RPM. You will be in 6th gear at about 45 MPH.

when not using Eco mode I would normally be in 4th gear at about 3700-3850 RPM

Question: are you sticking to the Eco mode recommendations or sticking to engine sound and feel?

what is your cruising RPM range?

thank you

Depends on my mood.. following the eco mode levels and basking quietly in the sunshine at lower speeds netted me 45mpg on a recent trip. On another day having truckloads of fun and hauling as...... I got only 35mpg.. I will ride some of each but the F3 seems to bring out the latter in me more often than not...
