2014 RT Mechanical Speedometer

Anyone had an issue with the Mechanical Speedometer on a 2014 RT ? Mine is definitely having issues, when I am stopped it shows 15 miles per hour ! It doesnt return to zero?

We've heard some reports over the years, of the analog speedometers "sticking" a bit...
But it's been no more than a handful; it's time to show it to your dealer.
