12v power in one to charge a dash cam stall

i have 2012 rt limited has anyone installed a 12v power source in the "5th switch" the space in the center id like to install one i can buy a dash cam what do i need to buy and where

I offer a 12v power plug that replaces one of the analog gauges and I'm working on a 12v + USB to attach to my Dash Mount.
