I have in the car but not in spyder. In my opinion it's not worth the hassle.

When I replaced my rear tire with the Yokohama S Drive, the car place that put my tire on the rim filled it with nitrogen.

To be honest... Have not noticed any difference really OTHER than because I have the FOBO Bike tire pressure system I noticed the tire temperature swings are not as extreme.

I think the idea is that regular compressed air can cause rubber deteriorization and using Nitrogen the temperature of the air in the tire does not change as much. Nitrogen keeps those effect from happening.

For cars and tires that go 80K or more, this might provide a benefit. For us... Not sure it matters.
