is the Blue Lake Casino the main location for events, dinners etc.
would like to stay in lodgings that have most the activity.
We are coming from BC, Canada for first time at event and any info help greatly appreciated!

Yes, everything will be at the casino. We already have 150 registered. Six from BC. :)

This is a friendly reminder that registration for the 5th annual Spyders in the Redwoods is still open. Pre-registration online will be available until July 18th. On-site registration will be available on the first day of the event - August 18th in Blue Lake, CA.

FYI the Blue Lake Casino is booked solid. They did make arrangements for reduced lodging costs at the Red Lion Hotel in Eureka; so I grabbed a room there.

Yes, thank you. We are aware that the Blue Lake is booked solid. There are other rooms available at hotels in Arcata.

If you know of a good deal in Arcata, I am all ears.

And it is only 16 miles from Eureka to the casino.

No, I'm sorry, I don't. I'm glad that the Red Lion hooked you up. They have always done good for us during the rally. It is just a short 20 min ride to Blue Lake from there.
