Just throwing this out. I was offered a trailer ( not a can-am trailer) but the price was so great I couldn't pass it up. Now for the WTB. Does anyone out there have a wiring harness laying around for a 2012 RT from the bike to the trailer????????????????

Are you going from the BRP four square to a four flat.

It would be helpful to know if you need a 4 or 5 wire hookup for your trailer.

Right now I don't have anything. I was told that the BRP plug plugs into a place under the left saddle bag. I'm looking for that wiring

That is half correct, that plug is there only after you add the wiring harness for the trailer.

Doc, might want to look @ show chrome's site, they have a plug and play for the RT. Now that being said you need to look at the electrical schematic for your RT. I suspect that the connections are there on your wiring harness. Makes no sense that they put a different harness in each model. All the accessory plug in's are there on the harness of my RS. Check it out.

And I will be happy to stand corrected if this is not accurate information.:yes:

The wiring that comes with the rt 622 trailer is a two piece setup thats plug and play on the Spyder, it is not on the bike from the factory.
