They have a RoadKrome backrest that I am interested in and called first twice, "leave a message", then I emailed. NO phone call over 24 hours, no email response either. Out of Biz or have plenty of money, why bother answering the phone.
Gives you a lot of confidence as to customer service after the sale. Smarter to just move on, must be someone that wants to do business. The website doesn't look like a small MA & Pa operation, which many here feel deserve a little leeway in CS.
I looked but didn't see them as a SL sponsor, I hope not.
