Someone said last week that the BRP Y was trade marked, when someone asked a question about making decals based on what members wanted. I find it hard to believe someone can trade mark a letter; if that were the case, there would be a problem with that video.

RE trademark: "The Y factor" is my guess as to what they have trademarked. I did not do a look up though.

It is the specific design of the Y that is trademarked.
