His method works over a small temperature range. I will have to stick with traditional methods.

Not with the snow were getting today. 20:1 moisture content makes for fluff.

i just got in from shoveling. too heavy for the snow blower and too heavy for my old body

It's still a light powder up here: no compaction at all... :D
And it's STILL coming down hard! :shocked:

You could move to Texas, if the snow is deep enough to shovel we just close everything. :roflblack:

I have to go out & snow blow trails around the back yard for the dogs. There is so much new snow that they can hardly get around. Thank goodness for 4 wheel drive. Yes it is still snowing hard here in Granby NY. Will have to get the deere out before nan gets out of work at 4:00 pm.
