Why is it; that I'm not feeling all warm and fuzzy, when I get done fuelling-up the Jeep anymore? :dontknow:

Well, I felt pretty warm and fuzzy when I got my last heating oil delivery @ $3.049/gallon. I'm hoping that the next one will be under $3.00.

Scary stuff for those of us who monitor the 401K money we need to live on. Dow at the 17900 mark made my stuff look pretty good. Now, its on a daily slide due to the oil prices. How low will it go? :yikes:

Do not fret. Buy more stocks. You like to buy things when they are on sale, right. The stock market is now on sale. Pick some good stocks that pay a dividend and wait and enjoy the regular checks when they arrive. So what if the price goes down more. You do not loose anything if you do not sell. The price of oil will recover to a reasonable level. This is just market overreaction by traders. You notice I said traders, not investors.

:agree:

If you're in the market for the long-haul, not having to sell now, I'd just enjoy the lower fuel prices while they last.

Amen. Fortunately, I haven't needed it. The most recent gains have been nixed.

Alas, some do not have the extra funds to invest in even a "buyers" stockmarket. It is never going to be perfect for everyone, all the time.

Fuel here in the Pensacola area of FL is at $2.39 for regular unleaded. I bought premium gas for $2.69 a gallon just the other day. Prices here seem to be going down by about 2 cents a day:yes:

It's not gone until you sell! So hang in there! It's only a problem if you HAVE to sell or are using your balance sheet to convince someone to put up some money for you!
