Its all of the models at the NHTSA site but the numbers have not been updated to include vehicles in ALL states yet.

According to reports I have read, drivers in high heat or humidity areas of the country are at a higher risk for an airbag failure if the defective unit is present.

People should contact their dealer and find out how to get on a replacement list. You do not have to wait for a recall letter -- find your model on the NHTSA site and take a copy with you. Dealers may balk at expediting a repair, but this is a good time for the squeaky wheel approach IMO.

I called both my local dealer and Ford. Neither were a lot of help.

Right there with you. My GT is included in the recall and my local dealer has no idea how to deal with it.
