I am looking for the tool and clamps which are installed on the hoses... Can anyone help..
I have the spring type, plier.
I went to NAPA and asked but I guess I didn't ask for the correct tool and/or clamps.

Oh, those. I just use regular pliers to squeeze the clamps. For the large breather hoses, you also may need to work them down a bit with a flat-blade screwdriver. They tend to become "sticky".
