Whirring noise on 2014

I'm sure this has been discussed but I'm curios about the whirring noise on the 1330 when you turn the key on. It quits after a few seconds. Then after starting I hear it again while the spyder is operating. Hydraulic, air, what? And I suppose it's normal?

Makes sense on fuel injection. I just hadn't noticed the whirring noise after starting until yesterday. Of course I just got the unit last Saturday and just rode about 250 miles yesterday. Just like my 2013 having to get used to unfamiliar noises. So far love everything about the /2014 they really improved.

I know they have talked about noisy fuel pumps on the 2014's , but all three of my Spyder's have made the same sound at Start-up......The entire computer system " BOOTS UP " when turn on the key.......????.............Mike :thumbup:
