Who creates American jobs?

What the Forbes article fails to discuss is that every single job that businesses have done away with were jobs created by those same businesses . . . businesses grow and shrink, often as a result of government policies . . . changes in tax rates, changes in costs of doing business, changes in technology, changes in supply and demand, all effect a business and determine if it will grow or shrink.

Things like NAFTA certainly took jobs from this nation . . . can anyone dispute that?
