Thanks to Cuznjohn for posting this YouTube video in reference to changing the position/linkage of the UFit system. At the 1:12 mark you will hear an F3 start up and hear the lower exhaust sound it produces.

not bad, but to fully appreciate the exhaust you need to hear it when its downshifting. Certainly a big step for a stock muffler on a spyder to sound somewhat like a motorcycle

Sounds just like a four stroke inline triple. The reason I say this is that I've owned three bikes with inline triple engines, a 1979 Yamaha XS750 Special, a 1996 Triumph Adventurer 900 and the big daddy, a 2010 Triumph Rocket III Touring 2300cc. All three bikes had a similar sound but each had it's very own character. The Yamaha had a more diesel-like sound to it while the Adventurer had more of a WWII fighter plane sound (think P-51 or British Spitfire) and the Rocket III reminded me of an inboard marine engine (think an old Cris Craft speedboat or even a WWII PT boat). Similar but different as strange as that may sound to you.

Sounds like a 2014 RT....

That's not at all surprising being as it's the same motor. The exhaust might be a bit throatier but hard to tell from a video.

Yea, it was kind of a joke because the motor and exhaust are the same...haha.

No harm-No foul, I'm ok with that. Anyhow the triple has a unique sound unlike a twin or a four cylinder. Performance-wise they are kind-of the best of both in torquey-ness and in top end horsepower.
