Factory 12 volt plug in rear trunk

Every time I plug something (cell phone to be charged) into factory installed 12 volt plug in rear trunk, factory installed radio on my 2014 RT S goes to static..... any ideas on the problem??? :banghead::banghead::banghead:

Thanks for the info!! I bought another charger and now it works fine!!! The bad charger still works in my truck!!!!! Go figure!!!!!!:banghead::banghead::banghead:

Just to be on the safe side :shocked:...


...I'd get rid of the charger that gave you trouble.

It might work fine in your truck right now; but they never seem to fail when it's convenient! :yikes:
