So it sounds as if he was banned. If so, then regardless of the pleas, his status is as you mentioned controlled by the boss.

I got the impression Lamont asked him to cool it and go ride, did not realize he got banned.

KTMLew got banned from KTMTalk.com a long while back...he started a new account under the name Georga Costanza. He got caught...tracked his IP somehow. They let him back in after a week or so.

There is hope for John.
