So I have this syndrome only after 8+ hours on a bike...:roflblack::roflblack: cure...get off the bike....

I didn't read the article but I get this when driving in a car. No problems on my Spyder though. It is quite literally a pain in the ass.

No, and now I leave the car at home and take the Spyder when going long distance so no more pain in the butt

Good luck with trying to hit the deep muscles of the hip rotators with self stretches, foam rolling, and trigger point release; I'd link to another article for an explanation of why; but, there is always point counter point. What was explained in the article by the OP certainly won't hurt.
