Inverting after a long ride

Have been using one for years and lately I have started decompressing my spine after a long ride. It works wonders on also reversing blood pooling in the lower extremities. Varicose veins are a real problem as you age and sitting does not allow good blood circulation in the legs. 20 minutes on this makes me feel brand new. Anyone else out there use one of these?

I've been using one for about 6 years, 5 minutes in the morning, again in the evening, keeps me from paying for a chiropractor's Audi.

I have seen them, but never went as far as trying one out. My last trip to the Chiropractor was a bust. He said he could not do anything for me and did not even charge me for the last treatment.

My chiropractor has also recommended an inversion chair, but I don't have room for it here. Someday I'll get one, though.

Good choice. Had one in the same brand at my last house--used it a lot. When I sell off the Spyders, I will get a hot tub again.
