But I have been gathering info on this very subject. I am a fan of coconut oil (the right kind). I eat only real food...no sugars or sugar substitute and no white anything (except coconut oil)..so does that make me a health nut? Sure does make me healthy..I take no prescription meds..a couple supplements and lots of coffee...got all my own body parts..and stay young ryding my Spyder with a grateful attitude. Yep think I'll try oil pulling..don't see any downsides to it..:yes:

I was wondering when it said favorite oil. Does AMSOIL count? Seriously though, I look at these claims with some skepticism. I just use mouthwash. But, if it can be proven to work...

Since I use alot of organic, virgin Coconut oil and had on counter...decided nothing like this a.m.....for me it is stick with the 1/2 T amount (started with 1T...to much spit out some)....and discovered, even tho I talk alot, my jaw muscles got tired...5 minutes max for me....let me know what you find? Oh yea, I'm thinking to notice a change we have to do it more than once..:roflblack::clap::yes:
