This is another good case for waiting for more information. At first, I thought he might have just cracked under the strain of the possible rioters.
Now if this is true. I would like to see a offical photo of the on duty person beside this photor thou. He appears to be a 100% nut case. Change suspended to to "Not longer wearing a badge".

A big incident just waiting to happen here. You can guarantee that if he is ever involved in a shooting or mishandling an arrest this will be brought up by the lawyers--big time.

Probably time to retire the man--he is now a very big liability to the force.
