2014 RT frunk question

I have a standard RT, without the actuator, and it needs a spring to pop the frunk lid up, when the key is turned. Where does the spring go? There appears to be a plastic switch actuator on the right side -

Suggestions would be helpful. I'm being cheap and not jumping on the 1330 shop manual yet - found that the $25 manual was rarely used on my 2010...
