The high temp today was 109 and the garage is not air conditioned. Still out here at 7:00 pm. We are working on a 2013 ST for a friend. Installed the passenger backrest thingy, wrapped some pipes, a K&N filter, 12V outlet. He was our first free alignment. It was spot on. We also had friends from Canada come by for an alignment and they had to pay. :clap:This is when Vegas sucks. I'm looking forward to our trip to the San Francisco area next weekend.

End of whine.

Wonder how many gallons of iced tea were consumed in their garage today?

Hi Ann,

Have you considered putting an air conditioner in the garage? I had picked up a unit that mounts through the wall that can cool a two bedroom apartment, but cannot use it due to the town home association rules. Too bad you and Joe do not live closer as you can have it free.

Or was it just a mirage??

Your Summer heat does the same thing to your riding, that our cold Winters do to ours... :gaah:
Sympathies to you! Hang in there!

I highly recommend the garage AC install. One of the best 'Tools' we ever added to our garage. You think SO much more clearly when you are not working in oppressive heat. Installing a mini-split is much easier than you might think. No duct work and only a small 2" hole through your wall.

I'm also for misters and/or AC. I'm glad you guys survived.

Put a nice small, side hanging swamp cooler on the outside of my garage for this. Works well. They are only around $300 if you can install.
