i have heard reference to a unit called a Buds...what is this...i assume it has something to do with the fault codes and how to read them..

When they plug your bike in; they can even tell if you've got any overdue Library Books! :D

it is the computer hook up to the roadster. They download information, codes and data stored by the computer onboard. They can upload new updates to the various systems. If you do your own work it is always good to stop by and have a dealer hook you up from time to time...:thumbup:

Yes you are correct but you do not need the buds to read the codes all you do is push 3 bottons and use the great APP one of the spyder lover came up with
