I did find a box red emery sparks too. They're good for cleaning induction blades on turbos.

Wonder if they have a contract with the USAF for flight line ?
A local man, with a light plane wanted to know if they had prop wash. It is hard to find since the airlines went to jets.
Boy Scout wants a left hand smoke smoke shifter for the campfire

We always needed some North Shore Line Rope for the snipe hunt…followed by a campfire for which we'd need the left handed smoke shifter…and the bacon stretcher (of course)

Non OEM tires require non-OEM air. Use this device so you don't have to get the non OEM air from Amazon.com:

C5 engines had a certain hydraulic line for the thrust reverser that was a bear to get on. The line fitting at the TR actuator was just a hair short. We had a conduit stretcher in the CTK. Always sent the new kid to get it.

I always sent them after a box of #20 or #32 safety wire holes, compressor air cleaner, turbine wheel hub light, thrust reducer.

When I worked on the flightline on Phantoms I would send them back to the hangar for cockpit flush, speed drive fluid, intake and vari ramp speed wax, tail pipe carbon off and a myriad other non existent parts and tools.

One night I sent a new kid back to the hangar for a jet light (that was real). He didn't come back. I found him in the ready room drinking a coke. When I asked him why he didn't get it, he said he knew I was joking and he didn't like being teased. I went in to the tool room, got the jet light and handed it to him. I told him that for the next week he was responsible for that light and whenever he came to work, he would check it out and have it with him until end of shift. He never questioned another thing anyone said.

As a young fella (yeah ancient history now) I worked in a hardware store, and the local painting mob used to send their all new apprentices down for all sorts of non-existent stuff.

One day, they sent the new bloke down for a small can of striped Red & White paint for a Barber's Pole..... so I added some red to a can of white paint & sent him back with it. Twenty minutes later he came back to tell me that it hadn't worked & the fella's on the job were pretty angry & upset; they wanted a proper replacement or a full refund. I opened the can, looked at the pink paint inside, closed it again, and told him to take it back & tell them they were all stupid, they'd just painted it on upside down.....

He didn't come back again!

When my brother worked on airplanes, he would send the line-boy to get some prop-wash.

Well, in submarines, we sent the non-quals out to get things like Relative Bearing Grease and Buckets of Steam.

Waaaay back in boy scouts...sent the new kids at camp to get the Cannon Report.

The reservoir is under the air box just forward of the inboard rear retaining strut and just below the front cylinder exhaust manifold pipe. It's the 10mmx3mm longitudinally mounted gray looking tube. You have to remove the frunk module, airbox assembly, and dash module to add fluid. DO NOT OVERFILL or UNDER FILL. Proper level is critical to prevent failure of the turn signal backfeed valve. It took me 18 hours to service the reservoir on the wife's RTS. Five hours of that was spent at the ER and filling out the police report. Two hours going to the Class 6 for more Jim Beam. The first 1/2 gallon didn't last long enough. I strongly suggest doing this job alone. That will save the trip to the ER and filling out the police report. Replenish your beverage of choice before and after the job.

The dealer wanted two months and $10,000 in labor to service the reservoir.
