One-up full backrest

Does anyone know of a maker of a full backrest for one-up riding---I mean a full backrest equal to what the rear passenger has.

Ok that was a nice starting point but not what I mean. I want a full bucket seat upfront. Come on seat makers, step up, I'm sure I'm not the only one who would be interested.

If you find one, it would be a first to me. I've never seen anything like what your describing for the driver. Would be nice though.
