What is a good tire cleaner

Hi evryone, what is a good tire sidewall cleaner and do you use a spray for the rims? I find the back rim almost impossible to clean and I dont want to over spray anything on the drive belt. Thanks in advance!

Bleche white get this anywhere walmart is the cheapest..and the rim use a chrome/wheel rim cleaner I use the brand black magic..

I use simple green for the back rim. Spray on and rinse off. Does a pretty good job of getting all the dirt and brake dust off.

I never use anytime stronger then car wash. If it's any kind of degreaser it removes the oils in the rubber causing the sidewalls to crack. Mild soap and water here.
