I got one on ebay aswell....but to my surprise, this thing does not fit the 2012 Rt Se5 at least NOT on the side compartments. (ROTOPAX):banghead:
even tried to grease it down , sideways, long ways, lopsided, left-right, no way does it try to fit!:dontknow:

Rotopax.com But they only fit in or on a trailer

Reda cans on ebay range from $30 to $50. I've had one for four yrs. now. Do a search on ebay

I'd like to see a pix of a 1 gallon Roto Pax laying flat in the RH saddle bag of 2012 RT-S. Mine won't, but it fits just fine if I jack it up in the air a bit by putting my frogg togg pouch under it.

I carry a 2 gallon Roto Pax in the front most part of my RT-622 trailer laying flat. But I'd sure like to find a glue/adhesive that would allow me to attach small patches of Velcro hook tape to the can to keep it from sliding around. Gorilla Glue initally looked like it might work, but eventually failed.
