Handlebar Throttle Control

Ok, I'm having my first issue with 2012 RT SE5 A&C. It seems that my Handlebar Throttle Control is getting stuck. I have to move it to the fully closed position with my hand. I'm assuming something is wrong with the spring mechanism. Is this covered under warranty?

I would certainly think that if your Spyder is under warranty that this should be covered. Your dealer should be able to confirm that for you - prior to doing any work.

some times with heat and use the grip will slide back/forward and rub up against the bar end or control. Sometimes it gets grimy on the bar end and needs cleaning/lubricating. If not comfortable with working on this the dealers the place to go....:thumbup:
