He was locking his arm straight, rather than let is flex a bit to absorb the recoil... It simply transferred everything right back into his body! :gaah:

One of our weapons instructors (military) would hit us in the back if we didn't have a stiff elbow on the pistol range. Until one guy nailed him. We got a new instructor who showed us the correct way. When I went through concealed carry course, our instructor was a police sergeant. He too showed the correct way to hold a pistol. The only time we one handed was at one station. All other stations were two hand grip.
