I don't know this for sure but I don't think it is a kit for sale. I think many folks are just mechanically gifted and are helping each other with instructions on what they've done to add a hand brake.

Nobody sells a kit for Spyder handbrakes. Those that have handbrakes either figured out how to make them work on their own or they worked off of the instructions of someone who made a Spyder handbrake.
