Just recieved my Dual SENA SMH10 headsets and the ear peices do not fit in our helmets:banghead:. We both have the LS2 OF569 helmets, they are cheap but are really comfortable and have a built in sunshield. They are molded for an earpiece but the SENA's are larger and do not fit!

Pop out the molded piece, then carve out some foam. They will fit. :thumbup: Tom :trike:

I have the scala. The Dremel made it fit. Just be careful not to grind on the speaker.

Yep, time to carve some foam. They did not fit in my helmet either which was BT ready! Sena's new speakers are larger in diameter.

Had to modify my Scorpion helmet too.
