I was trying to check the the front wheels pads, I am not sure if I can check them without taking the wheels off.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Sharon

have someone apply the brakes. Slide a stack of cards flat against the disc adding or subtracting as needed till they slide up to the pad. Though not the best way will give you a close idea....

If they've not been replaced in the 23,000 you have on it now, then its about time. Mine were long gone by then, and so was a friends '12 RT. Time for a trip to dealer.:)

Unfortunately, I don't have a dealer around I trust and can get a good service, I am thinking to go to a dealer that is 126miles from me, I want to make sure I need the brakes to be replaced.
