That was a piece of land they showed interest in until this building came along...as I understand (haven't seen it yet)..both building are basically on same lot/adjoining parking...Pitbull will be the sales "wing" and Lamonster Garage the tech/shop part of the partnership...I could have facts incorrect but thinking this is at least partially correct. :clap:
