Got this in response from BRP when I Emailed them and asked for my warranty documentation for my 2013 RT Ltd SE5 & R622 trailer so that I could read & find out specific coverage. I got EXACTLY the same response when I Emailed with a technical question. So typical of BRP. BTW, & included the VIN numbers for both the RT & trailer along with my name and address, date of purchase, and place of purchase.

Mr Patrick,

You like heavy snow, heaps of mud, curvy pavements, and clear water? Well, you're just like us!

We looked carefully at your request, and unfortunately, considering that we do not have all the information concerning your specific unit, we will have to refer you to a BRP certified dealership in order for a technician to contact the parts, warranty or the technical department to gather the right information for you. Please be advised that these lines are reserved for the dealers and that the unit VIN will be needed to do the research. Please mention any modification made to the unit.

To find a dealership in your area, please visit our website at: www.brp.com (http://www.brp.com/) <http://www.brp.com/> and click on the *''find a dealer'' thumb on the top right corner of the screen. Please enter you city or zip code in order to see the closest dealers.

You can reach us by replying to this email or you can contact us at T + 888.272.9222 (tel:888.272.9222) if you have any other questions or comments.

We wish you success in finding the right information.

Wow, obviously someone can't read. That first line is a little weird too. There is a time and place for marketing and I don't think replying to a customer problem is the correct one.

Looks like they have some kind of automated response system. Can't imagine anyone tossing out that responce to any question or request. They should be made aware of this....send the responce back to them with original request...:dontknow:

:agree: That is a very strange response; to a very specific request.
Have you tried calling 1 888 272 9222: BRP's Customer Service Callcenter?
Get a human being on the line, and perhaps they can get you what you want.
Good Luck!

For sure a computer generated response letter--and not a very good one this time.:popcorn:

I got the identical response last week, except for the Mr. Patrick part. I asked a question about retention of audio settings.
