Has anyone tried reworking the seat to make you sit an inch or two higher? I think this would make for a more comfortable position allowing you to stretch a bit more.

For some reason I think it is either Hevnbound or Spyder-Dude. Both are going to be in Gatlinburg so I can ask in person. Chime in if it's you!

Yep it was me.....I had it made so that I sit back 3 inches and up 2 inches compared to the stock seat. What a great improvement for me. I am 6'4". The only thing I need now his a backrest with my nmn risers :)

I'm confused, you list Bill Mayer saddle in your signature and the thread refers to Russel Day Long. Do you have both?

Check out the thread on Russell Day Long Seats in Spyder Shop talk everyone. We are working on getting a group discount on ordering these seats. Here is a photo of one of the seats they did on a Can-Am spyder from their web site.

I like the styling, not sure I'm diggin' the velour, prefer the all leather. That said, I'm patiently waiting to hear what BRP is announcing in Dallas. I understand they'll be releasing a load of accessories, maybe seats?

When is this Dallas announcement? I've been "patiently waiting" to hear BRP's accessory announcement for 4 months now. :dontknow:
