2012 seat swaps

Should work. I got the new comfort seat & it is backrest ready & went on just fine on my 2012RTS

Gary, are you planning on getting the upgraded seat from the 2014 for your 2012, or the standard one... which I believe also takes a backrest?

that I would like is the 2014 standard seat with backrest. I had bought my RT new in Sept and Saturday I noticed that the crotch seam was pulling out. Dealer said that it was on warranty and that they would start the paper work for a new seat. I called the dealer today and asked that since I was getting a new seat anyway, was there anyway that I could upgrade to a 2014 seat w/backrest and that I would pay any difference in price. They said that they would have to call BRP tomorrow and ask if it was possible. Hope so, it would be nice.

How are they different? I would want whichever one comes with the backrest.

Just got off the phone with Life-Styles Honda. BRP say's that it's a go for the upgraded seat. Cool.

yes I just did that with my
Ultimate seat from my 2012 RT-s to my 2014 RT-s fits just fine!
