I think then he would be a lot safer if he took an MSF BRC class and was encased in Scorpion ATGATT. Then I'm sure he could ride backwards until .... Like .... Forever....

Seriously though, when I was in China I observed there was much less affinity for health (safety) and honest dealings than here. One thing I found interesting was that from my time in Russia I thought the Russians were more health conscious and less honest than the Chinese, and neither the Russians nor the Chinese are as health conscious nor as honest as we are. I thought that the most health conscious I've ever encountered were Costa Ricans, and the most honest were the Tahitians. ..but I am rambling...sorry.
