Just needing a little advice from all of you pro's. I have a 2009 RSM5 I have install floorboards and I think that I would also like pegs. Heading to Kansas in the spring some 1600 mile trip so thinking it would be more conformable. I have handlebar risers from rivco and a new seat from ultimate seats with rider back rest. ???:spyder2:

Like this? This was on my 2011 RSS. I cut down the factory pegs to fit in place of their little foot pegs that didn't fit my size 13 shoes very well. This was a great combo for me and very easy to do.

Yes it is but I had them powder coated flat black.

I just installed Rivco floorboards on my '09 GS, along with the heel-toe shifter and Rivco Highway mounts and pegs (used what they call Flatfoot Wide Pegs...stock# PEGSW) which really look and work nicely. The mounts are adjustable as are the pegs. (Also added Kuryakyn's Brake Pedal Pad Cover which really complements the look of the hwy pegs well.) I'm really happy with this setup. (But then for the price I should be.)

I have the Rivco highway pegs on my 08 RS and like them. They are very sturdy and functional. However, they do make servicing a little more challenging because you have to take the left bracket off to get off the floorpan.
