Anybody got a problem with their mirrors being wobbly at the mounting base...my right one likes to freely move forward and aft...doesn't seem to want to tighten? My left seems locked down...a little play but resists movement.

Mine were VERY loose when I picked the bike up. I was able to snug down the mounting bolt (T40 torx I believe) and now there tighta as a ....well, theyre not movin. It took quite a bit of movement, makes me wonder if they even touched those bolts at prep.

Their are three little nibs that give the pivot point some resistance. I droped mine when I unscrewed the mirror. I fixed by using a cardboard/tape shim.

Both mine were loose. I found some foam from an outdoor electrical outlet, cut some half circles out and slide them in between the bracket and the mirror arm (remove torx screw first). Then just push torx screw thru and tighten down. Seemed to fix it. It's not real tight, but after 6600 miles it doesn't move from the wind, only if I touch it.

When we were looking at Spyders, we found the mirrors loose on the demos at three different dealers. Finally found a couple that had them tight. Bought from one of those, and ours have been OK.
