Hey Gang, I'm testing a new Y pipe for the RT for my friend who will probably be making these available shortly. I've got a few pics and a Video, but I am not sure if the sound will play or not. (It does on my phone but not on the computer.) Anyway, the fit is excellent and the sound is great!. Not too loud and has a rich clean bass to it with the Cannon Muffler I have on the bike. It seems to have much more low end torque and better acceleration. Shift points can be done at a lower rpm than stock without bogging or lugging on the motor. I did a couple of rolling runs. (pull the clutch in and release hitting the throttle hard) gave me a nice "S" patch on the road. Not too shabby for a heavy bike. The Y pipe is Stainless Steel and I wrapped mine with exhaust wrap to keep the heat down a little under the Tupperware. This one has no gaskets on the exhaust pipe side. It is a slip fit and clamped. I can't feel or hear any leaks so far. Excuse the snow and the dirt on the bike. It is winter here in the Poconos..lol Spring will be here soon.... I'll add the video from you tube later..:doorag:83690836898368783688

When will it be available and how much? I believe he is figuring on $300.00 including the clamps and shipping. On 2012 and older you can probably use the clamps that are on your bike. 2013 though they added that Teflon ring and the OEM clamps are too large. He will let me know.:doorag:

Did he eliminate the CAT, or leave it in? If it's left in, that's another $300 to dump it....

Looked up the catalytic converter on the RS and the RT and they are the same part number for the 13's, so looking like it will fit my RSS

Please keep us informed

Thanks

Is there a chance to get an option of having a O-2 bung put on the Y pipe where the pipes come together so it can work with the PC? I am interested too.
