You have a verry nice RS with options what may hinder a sale is the pricing of the new model rs, BRP has them priced now to move them from $14,000 on up that kills my resale value of my RSS as well.
Hope your sale goes well Mike.

How much can your rear rack container hold in lbs? Does the container weigh much?

Thank you,

Yeah hard to sell used spyders in general. There are a few RS SE5 in perfect condition with low miles in my area that have been up for sell for up to a year, People try to low ball you to about 7k to 8k or they want to trade for a beat up old car. I had my 2012 RS SE5 up for sale for about 8 months for 11k with no takers, no calls. I decided to keep it since my financial crisis at time passed.

A lot depends on the mileage guys... you can't expect to put 10,000+ miles on one and then sell it for what a person can go buy a latest-greatest brand new one with 0 miles including a full 2 year factory warranty. And the "farkles" you put on it aren't necessarily the "farkles" somebody else will want either, so they don't add value necessarily when you get right down to it. :dontknow:

When buying used, mileage condition and the remaining factory warranty are king! SE models are also more valuable than SM models (I noticed the clutch lever on the handlebar, though the listing did not mention it).

Just saying. Good luck with your sale, though... it's a good looking machine!

ps. You might do better to remove some of the easier to remove "farkles" and list them seperately from the bike, putting the original parts back on it where applicable and reducing the bike's price. Just a thought.
