Looking at adding some water wetter...I haven't taken off my right side radiator cowl to get a clear view, but I only see a radiator cap under the snap-off cover under the trunk lid.

Thats right, take a look at about page 85 (or near) of the instructions that came with the Spyder and it mentions how to top up the system. Hope this helps.
