That's what BRP calls the new triple.
But the acronym's meaning has escaped me for the moment...

Something like "Advanced Combustion Efficiency"... :opps:

Like Bob don't know what ACE means but the 1330 are the cubic centemeters. So basically they now have the 998 cc (V Twin) and the new 1330 cc engine (3 cyliner) some knows and will post it...:thumbup:

I would guess that is some acronym for a marketing name that makes little sense when fully spelled out. Like Blu-Tec or Sky Activ.

I have another question abt the 1330 ACE engine: Is it a dry sump with oil tank similar to 998 twin? It's hard to tell from the pictures I've seen.
