Even more so Joe. :yikes: I bought the whole package that includes the Spyder conversion, ATV side rails, scissor jack, and the "Deck Hand" so I can use it to do service on my ATVs and Zero Turn mower as well. That makes most of it "farm equipment" and tax deductible.

A big plus for the Handy lift.

Here is the one I bought for San Jose BMW back in the mid 70's. It has lifted thousands upon thousands of motorcycles. It was given to me several years ago where I used it in my man cave built up in the mountains of Arizona.

Here it is holding one of my motorcycles in the new Man cave I am building here in the Smokey Mountains. It has never had the slightest problem and has always worked flawlessly.

What model is this lift? Looks like the B.O.B. Handy with ATV ramps but only wider. I have the ATV option as well as the Spyder option but haven't put the ATV side boards on yet. I don't believe the ATV sides are wide enough for the Spyder wheel base.

It is a handy lift with the side extensions. I used it with my BMW K1200LT for years. When I bought the spyder, I located a couple of longer poles so I could move the side extension pieces out to accommodate the spyder. I had to build wooden ramps since the ramp wasn't wide enough.

Wish I knew that before I ordered. I could have saved some $$$ and bought only the ATV side extensions kit, then done the same thing and looked for longer center bars (poles). The new design Handy has the ramps are not a problem. There are 3 ramps, a wide one for the center table with separate ramps that connect directly onto the extensions. SO if you move an extension out, the ramp will also move out.

I don't own a CanAm, but I'm lookin'. I do own a Handy B.O.B. 1500 lift with side extensions and a front extension. I'm betting I can fabricate something to accommodate the Spyder if I end up with one!:)

Nice mod and what I have in mind also! I bought mine used and got a really good deal on it. Handy B.O.B. 1500 lb lift, with side and front extensions, and it was like new. Retail about $2500! I gave $1000! I was looking at a Harbour Freight lift, but realized I could buy this one and probably get my money back 10 years later, so I did. Works good for the lawn mower and 4 wheeler too! I don't usually find deals like that, usually a day late and dollar short!
