Back in the days when I lived in an apartment, I kept my Honda CL 350 Scrambler in the hallway all winter. Did not have any other place to put it. BUT--I did not start it up either. :thumbup:

No Worries, it's a rental house! lol.. I knew some customers that did exactly this and much much more to the home they were living in. I came over to do some brake repairs on their Volkswagon and when done they insisted I stay and have beer. The housed looked fine from the front, un-kept but fine. We went around back to go in the back door... it was only a frame, no wood.. they practiced knife throwing on it. The hall way had a notch cut out of one wall so the could wheel their hogs into the bedrooms where they slept in grease covered bedding and wrenched on bike. I asked them what was going on and they replied, no worries, its a rental! lol....

They then told me how they each applied for and got a credit card for $3000 each. The took a trip to Hawaii and upon returning they told the credit card company that they should close the account as they were not planning to pay the maxed out bills... :p
