Best bet would be to call your dealer. They are your first line of support in warranty/non warranty situations. If you need to be towed they'll likely be able to assist or recommend a towing company. If, your spyder is still under warranty. Either the original 2 year, or the BEST program.

There is no roadside assistance unless you have purchased the extended warranty or received it as an incentive. If so, you should have received a card with the number. For warranty repairs, contact a dealer.

:agree: And no towing unless the dealer wants to pay for it. It is your responsibility to get it to the dealer for repairs although some will help if it is broke down.

Both my Spyders came with 2 years roadside assistance.
I just called the young lady at 1-866-477-1415 and she verified my 2 Year coverage on the RT.

Roadside assistance Now only covers the First $200 of the tow and then its on your tab- OR in my case call AMA to take over from there (Another 35 Miles Free) AND if needed call my insurance company to take over (Foremost Now only pays $250 for towing per incident!)

IF something happens at Home and it won,t start I will call BRP Roadside Assitance and have them bring it to the dealer from the side of the road on my street! With the dealer 10 miles away it will be No problem.

I have never broke down on the road and don,t worry about it.nojoke

I actually used the BRP roadside assistance/towing when my RT died in Nashville. The young lady at the other end phone (Canada, I assume) was very nice, although not terribly sure of herself. My parking brake would not release, so the bike couldn't roll. BRP said that they would cover the tow, but that I would also need dollies to allow the bike roll and they would not cover that cost. I just disconnected the parking brake cable to allow the bike to roll and that solved the problem of needing dollies. Still had to have it towed since it was blowing fuses for the module. All said, it worked out OK, but they only had to tow me about 1.5 miles.

Thank you! 2013's do have it and I knew I wasn't nuts on the Roadside assistance, got it with mine and I have it for the whole 5 years of warranty. At least that what the cards I got state. But there is a $200 limit which won't get you much, so depending on how far in trouble I think I am I can also use my Good Sam roadside assistance instead.

If you get the 5yr warranty you get the roadside + towing. Better check with Sam, AAA will not cover a bike without an additional charge. I wish those who are posting would state if they have B.E.S.T. or just the free 2yr warranty there is a difference. Pg. 173 under exclusions in the 2013 owners manual clearly states towing cost is excluded. It is the last line above section 4 of the warranty.

You can't go wrong with the Good Sam roadside plan. They towed my crew cab dually AND 44 foot trailer to a repair facility 40 miles away on the 4th of July and didn't even bat an eye!
