this is a lil tedious for a man built like a bull in a china shop but there is a very good reason they say MOUNT FIRST in case you drill through them so they can be patched b4 painting. you can see a few spots where i drilled through.

i ordered the yellow paint for them. the grills will be sprayed black but i also have the upper vents that i have to work on to mount them. i am going to take my time doing this so i can get them all painted in one shot, but bob d was the first to say he thought they would look good in black when i first ordered them, now you have me thinking lol

John,
Not to be too pushy ; how long do you think it'll take to button things up for a test ride? :dontknow:

i have a couple of more pieces to do on these and than i need to take the top parts off the bike so i can do the top vents, so tomorrow is going to be a nice day and i might ride with friends so i don't want to take the rest of the bike apart than put it back together just to ride. so i am taking my time

Now that you've got your guts back under you; when will we be hearing of a review on all of these really cool parts?? :dontknow:

cuznjohn

well tomorrow i will find someone to paint them than how ever long it take to get them back. but it is cool now so you really don't feel the heat that much

They have some cool stuff but they are overpriced in my opinion. I have built many fiberglass parts in the past and even the prototype for something of this size would not cost me that much to make. Maybe if they sell enough they would come down in price.

While :agree: that they're not cheap; what would you pay if your bike was affected, and this was the cure? :dontknow:
